By using OutreachEngine, you agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws, including Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy. You agree not to send spam, unsolicited bulk messages without recipient opt-in, fraudulent promotions, or prohibited content.
OutreachEngine interfaces directly with Meta's official WhatsApp Business Cloud API. Use of WhatsApp services is subject to Meta Platforms, Inc.'s Terms of Service and Business Policies.
Our service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted delivery of messages as delivery depends on third-party telecommunications networks and Meta infrastructure.
